Founded
Established by the Mill Hill Fathers to train T4 (P4) teachers. On three acres of land.
Expansion Begins
Handed to the Catholic Diocese of Kisumu and Kakamega. Started training T3 (P3) and T2 (P2) teachers.
Primary Training
First group of T1 (P1) teacher-trainees admitted. Expanded training scope.
Co-Educational Status
Became a co-educational institution upon absorbing Mukumu, Kibabii, and St. Joseph's Kitale TCs. Established under full government management.
Modern Era
Expanded from 3 acres to 52 acres. 4 acres allocated to college chaplaincy. Solidified status among 36 Diploma Primary Teacher Training Colleges in Kenya.
